Risk Assessment (Survey) suggests a comprehensive description of the object, an assessment of likely losses from the loss of property, including breakdowns of machinery and equipment, construction risks, interruption of production, as well as damage to third parties.

Also during the of survey should be given recommendations which may reduce the likelihood of adverse events and reduce the risk of losses. Survey report is written based on the results of the study received information, including as a result of interviews with managers and specialists, as well as the results of visits to the agreed facilities Enterprises.

The company transmits a copy of the agreed key documents, the information which will be used in the report.

Survey includes:

1. Collection of baseline data on key industrial sites Enterprises.

1.1. Transfer of the Contractor a list of essential facilities, with their main technical characteristics.

1.2. The development, preparation and coordination with the customer specifying the questionnaire-questionnaire to collect information: o the degree of assimilation of the territory which are the main production facilities of the Enterprise; The technical characteristics of major production facilities and materials traded on these sites Enterprises; of technological processes realized on main production facilities of the Enterprise; the composition of the equipment of major industrial facilities Enterprises, the distribution of hazardous substances at facilities plant and equipment.

1.3. Collection of baseline data. Information is transmitted Contractor in accordance with the questionnaires, the questionnaires during a visit to selected industrial sites.
2. Analyze the information to assess the risks associated with the operation of the manufacturing companies.

2.1. Analysis of the conditions of emergence and development of Accidents: Identification of possible causes and factors contributing to the emergence and development of major accidents at industrial sites Enterprises, analysis of data on the frequency of accidents at major industrial sites Enterprises and scale of the accident (the amount of damage caused by major industrial facilities Enterprises); identification of scenarios of possible accidents on the main production facilities of the Enterprise.

2.2. Forecast the extent of damage caused by major industrial facilities Enterprises in accidents: study of models and calculation methods used in assessing the maximum possible damage as a result of the accident at the main production facilities. Identification of likely areas of damaging factors; forecast the amount of damage (in physical and monetary terms) of the Enterprise as a result of projected accidents;

2.3. Analysis of the figures predicted damage and the choice based on this version of the accident scenarios with the highest value of damage caused by objects of the enterprise.
2.4. Based on the information received, recommendations for preventive measures aimed at reducing the risk of possible accidents and their consequences.

3. Compilation of survey report on risk assessment of potential losses resulting from accidents on the projected major production facilities and develop a list of enterprises of preventive measures.

3.1. Agreement with the customer and the Enterprise of the data for calculating the maximum possible damage as a result of projected accidents on the main production facilities of the Enterprise.

3.2. Further development, according to the agreement, payment amount of damage caused to objects of the enterprise entering into the zone of destructive factors predicted accident.
3.3. Clearance survey report, including a plan of preventive measures to reduce potential damage and present them to the customer.
