The purpose of survey is to provide risk assessment, especially for insurance purposes property interests of the Company. Risk assessment is carried out based on the analysis of information provided by the Enterprise, contained in the documents of the enterprise, and received Executor during a visit to the agreed facilities Enterprises.
Risk Assessment (Survey) suggests a comprehensive description of the object, an assessment of likely losses from the loss of property, including breakdowns of machinery and equipment, construction risks, interruption of production, as well as damage to third parties.
Also during the survey should be given recommendations which may reduce the likelihood of adverse events and reduce the risk of losses. Survey report is written based on the results of the study received information, including as a result of interviews with managers and specialists, as well as the results of visits to the agreed facilities Enterprises.
The company transmits a copy of the agreed key documents, the information which will be used in the report.
Survey includes:
1. Gathering of the initial data about the basic industrial objects of the Enterprise.
1.1. Transfer to the Executor of the list of the basic industrial objects with instructions of their basic technical characteristics.
1.2. Working out, drawing up and the coordination with the Customer of specifying questionnaires for information gathering: about degree of using the territory on which the basic industrial objects of the Enterprise settle down; about technical characteristics the basic industrial objects and the substances addressing on specified objects of the Enterprise; about the technological processes realized on the basic industrial objects of the Enterprise; about structure of the equipment the basic industrial objects of the Enterprise; about distribution of dangerous substances on objects of the Enterprise and the equipment.
1.3. Gathering of the initial data. The information is transferred to the Executor according to questionnaires during visiting of the chosen industrial objects.
2. The analysis of the received information for the purpose of an estimation of risks of the industrial objects of the Enterprise connected with operation.
2.1. Analysis of the conditions of emergence and development of Accidents: Identification of possible causes and factors contributing to the emergence and development of major accidents at industrial sites Enterprises, analysis of data on the frequency of accidents at major industrial sites Enterprises and scale of the accident (the amount of damage caused by major industrial facilities Enterprises); identification of scenarios of possible accidents on the main production facilities of the Enterprise.
2.2. The forecast of the size of the damage, the Enterprise caused the basic industrial objects as a result of failures: a substantiation of models and the methods of calculation applied at an estimation of the greatest possible damage as a result of failure on the basic industrial objects. Definition of probable operative ranges of amazing factors; the forecast of the size of a damage (in natural and cost expression) the Enterprises as a result of predicted failures;
2.3. Analysis of the figures predicted damage and the choice based on this version of the accident scenarios with the highest value of damage caused by objects of the enterprise.
2.4. Working out on the basis of the received information of recommendations about carrying out of preventive actions directed on decrease in risk of occurrence of possible failures and scales of their consequences.
3. Drawing up the survey report according to risk of possible losses as a result of predicted failures on the basic industrial objects of the Enterprise and working out of the list of preventive actions.
3.1. Agreement with the customer and the Enterprise of the data for calculating the maximum possible damage as a result of projected accidents on the main production facilities of the Enterprise.
3.2. Further development, according to the agreement, payment amount of damage caused to objects of the enterprise entering into the zone of destructive factors predicted accident.
3.3. Finishing the survey report, including the plan of preventive actions for decrease in a possible damage and representation to their Customer.
